What days should I work out?

The best workout schedule is the one that fits into your lifestyle so that you are able to stick to it. Please choose a schedule that is convenient and will allow you to be consistent.

Below is an example schedule we follow at our Tampa studio.

3-Day Workout Week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
4-Day Workout Week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday.

*Please keep in mind these are just suggestions.
