What is the difference between the 6 and 12-week program? Can I do them both at the same time? 

Our 6-week program targets butt, abs, and waistline, while the 12-week program covers every body part.

Both involve 3-4 workouts per week. Many clients use the 12-week program as their main routine and add IWFA workouts on off days for optimal results.

Following a 12-week food plan, though requiring discipline, mirrors the regimen of our in-house clients.
